Sambalpur: Outsourcing context in Vimsar, Now a Private Company is taking charge of all Outsourcing Services
Burla: After the departure of the health minister Shri Naba Kishore Das and the new minister taking charge, a new system is going to be implemented by the state government. There is a plan to outsource all outsourcing services in Western Odisha Health Service Burla Vimsar to one private organization.
The Health Department will supervise the work of the Organisation
According to the information received, patients from various districts of Western Odisha as well as neighboring states jharkhand and Chhattisgarh rely on Vimsar as thousands of patients come here. In order to provide better healthcare services to the patients, Vimsar authorities employ various outsourcing firms to perform different tasks. These organizations provide manpower for cleaning the security system of the hospital, cleaning and launching, apart from this they also provide staff for various tasks like attendant lab technician, data entry officer, but to make it more efficient, one organization is also responsible for providing the manpower required for all the operations of the hospital is being considered.
Not only that, even though it is the work of the health department, it is decided to supervise the work through the department of the state government. In this regard, a directive has been issued by State Government’s to Vimsar. In this regard, after asking Professor Lalmohan Naik, Superintendent of Vimsar, he accepted that. Professor Naik said that the state government has been asked to give a report regarding the number of security personnel, cleaning personnel, lunch personnel, attendants, lab technicians employed in the hospital within the next 7 days.
