Sambalpur Railway Division removed 5 level crossings

Sambalpur: A total of 5 manned level crossings have been removed at various places under East Coast Railway Sambalpur Divisional and instead of them, limited height underpasses (underpasses) have been installed. The underpass has been constructed at ST-26 level crossing between Jujumura and Charmal stations of Sambalpur-Anugul section under this division. Similarly, a limited height underpass or railway underpass has been constructed at ST-53 between Bamur and Sargipali stations and ST-61 between Sargipali-Handpa station in the same section. Apart from this, manned level crossing RV-214 at Ambadala yard in Titilagarh-Therubali section and manned level crossing No. 34 at Mahasamund in Titilagarh-Raipur section have been closed and a limited height bypass has been arranged, according to railway sources.
