Sambalpur: Robbery from a young man in Hirakud

Hirakud: Last night, a man was robbed with the knife point in the Nardihi area of hirakud. Prasanna Karna of Boudh area was renting a house in the Nardihi area for months. Late last night, he was on his way to a petrol station to pick up his friend driver Niranjan Dang. Prasanna was walking on the main road when three men stopped him near the Parida Chicken Center and asked him to give his mobile phone and a purse.

For not paying he was attacked, stabbed with knife and robbed. In this regard today, Prasanna has filed a complaint to the police. Police are investigating.
