Sambalpur: Siddhi Priyadarshini is offered with 3 films
Sambalpur: Siddhi Priyadarshini, the daughter of Sambalpur soil, has received three film offers. Out of this there are 2 Bengali movies and one Hindi movie. She is going to make his debut in the film career by singing in the Bengali movie ‘Intezaar’. In this regard, the sponsor of the cinema and the music director Prasanjit B. Mishra. Speaking at a press conference held at Sambalpur Public Library today, Mr. Mishra said, Black Screen Studio in Mumbai, which he is associated with, has produced many movies and serials. Now steps have been taken to make movies in different local languages.
So, for the first time, a movie ‘Intezaar’ is being made in Bengali language. The movie, made in Bengali, will later be dubbed in Assamese, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam etc. Siddhi Priyadarshini was given an opportunity as a lead singer in the horror movie ‘Intezaar’ combine with ‘love’ and ‘thriller’. While there are 4 songs in the movie, 2 songs of Siddha Priyadarshini have been recorded. Both the songs are very beautiful. During the song recording, the film’s director Prashant Roy Michael offered to act as the heroine of the film.
However, he has signed a contract with Siddhi Priyadarshini for 2 more movies along with this movie. Mr. Mishra said that he will make an entry in Bollywood as a lead singer in a Hindi film along with a Bengali film ‘Valo Basa Janma’. Samprita Panda and her partner Shreya Pujari of Sambalpuri Boutique, Sambalpur, will design the costumes for the movie ‘Intezaar’. Not only this, there are plans to give opportunity to 3/4 more people from Sambalpur area in the upcoming movie. Out of them, a singer will also be given a chance. Additionally, a training facility of Black Screen Studio will be opened in Odisha. He said that students who pass successfully will be given opportunities in cinemas.
On the contrary, Siddhi Priyadarshini thanked director Prashant Roy Michael, music director Sri Mishra along with his entire team for giving her such an opportunity. On this occasion, well-known person of Sambalpur Prafulla Hota thanked Prasanjit for giving opportunity to his granddaughter Siddhi Priyadarshan. Mr. Hota said, while studying at Burla Engineering College (now Vssut), Prasanajit’s father used to perform mancha programs with various Melody groups in Sambalpur as a singer. Prasanajit’s high school education was completed at Belpahar and secondary education at GM College. Later, after studying engineering, he became associated with the film industry. He has been associated with Prasanjit’s Black Screen Studios for the past 20 years, mainly in the field of cinema distribution and music direction. Siddhi Priyadharini’s mother Suprabha Hota and father Sameer Uhidhar were present at the press conference.
