Sambalpur: Various Sub-Committees of the Lok Mahotsav Organised, Stage will be vibrant with Sambalpuri art culture

Sambalpur: Extensive efforts are being made to make the Sambalpur Lok Mahotsav attractive this year. The meeting of the stage sub-committee for the management of the stage and auditorium was held today under the chairmanship of the chairman of the sub-committee, Mr. Bholashankar Mohattam. In the meeting, it was decided the stage was given a glimpse of Sambalpuri art culture.

A comprehensive plan was prepared for the upkeep of the theatre. It was emphasized that many artists from the state and outside the state will not have any problem in meeting this year. In the meeting, the coordinator of the Lok Mahotsav, Guru Ranjan Kumar Sahu, along with the stage sub-committee, the organizing committee, were present. Finally, Dr. Mohit Kumar thanked him. Similarly, in the Felicitation sub-committee meeting, this time it has been decided to refer Akashbani, Sambalpur Center for its significant contribution in the propagation of folk culture. In the meeting held under the chairmanship of subcommittee Surya Panigrahi in the district council hall Mr. Panigrahi informed about the approach and program of the subcommittee. Guru Ranjan Sahu, Coordinator of Lok Mohatsav, Felicitation Sub-Committee Nodal Officer Smaranika Tulo gave their views.

This year, 6 people fecilitated in the Lok Mahotsav. Dr. Prabhas Deta, Dr. Rajaram Sarangi, Dr. Bimal Kumar Panda, Pinky Pradhan, Manas Banerjee, Mamata Panda, Yogesh Nand, Tapas Parida and Sabyasachi Mishra Participated in the discussion.
