Submission Guidelines:

1. Quotations should be submitted in sealed covers and addressed to the Superintending Engineer, Additional Spillway Division, Burla.
2. Documents required include valid GST and PAN cards, driving licenses, and vehicle registration certificates.
3. Vehicles must not be older than three years from the date of initial registration and should meet all roadworthiness criteria.
4. Quotations must include a Security Deposit of ₹5,600/- in the form of a Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank guarantee.
5. The quotation should mention vehicle type, fuel type, and monthly rental rate.

Additional Information:

• Quotations submitted via post, courier, fax, or email will not be accepted.
• The selected vehicles must meet mileage criteria of not less than 10 kilometers per liter for diesel and 12 kilometers per liter for petrol.
• The final decision will be based on the lowest bid that meets all requirements.
