Sambalpur: An Covid infected person who admitted to the Burla Covid Hospital has died

Burla: An infected person admitted to the Burla Covid Hospital in Sambalpur District has died. The deceased is an 80-year-old man from Balangir district. He was diagnosed with Covid-19 at the district head hospital in Balangir last Sunday. He was shifted to Vimsar Covid Hospital as his condition was critical.

Both his kidneys had stopped working due to high blood pressure. He died late on Friday night while undergoing treatment. On the other hand, a 42-year-old man was diagnosed with Covid-19 in a nursing home in Burla on Saturday. He was admitted to the Covid hospital on Saturday and the hospital in charge Dr. Manoranjan Naik informed. He said that the health condition of the patient is stable.
