Sambalpur: MCL signs MoU with State Government, Donates 30 ALS Ambulances for Every District
Sambalpur: MCL has provided 30 life-saving Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances for all 30 districts of the state. The company has spent Rs 17.76 crores from its fund for this. An MoU has been signed today with the Health and Family Welfare Department of the State Government.
Today, 30 ALS Ambulances have been handed over to the state government to provide emergency trauma care in all the districts of the state under the CSR project of the company. In Bhubaneswar, the Chief Executive Officer of the company’s CSR Department Shri Rajnikant Panigrahi signed an MoU with the State Health Department. Health Director Dr. Bijay Kumar Mohapatra has signed on behalf of the department.
On this occasion, MCL CMD Udayakanta Kawle said, “The company’s Aarogya project is aimed at providing a better health environment to the people of the state.” He said that this ambulance service is intended to provide immediate and appropriate emergency treatment in every district of the state. MCL has maintained its commitment to the CSR program.
