The Office of the District Magistrate & Collector, Sambalpur (Social Security Section) has invited sealed quotations from registered firms, printers, and agencies for printing leaflets, color posters, etc. to create awareness among the general public and persons with disabilities about accessible elections.

Quotation Requirements:
- Sealed quotations on plain paper with complete details
- Copy of CGST/SGST Registration
- Up-to-date CGST/SGST Clearance Certificate
- Copy of PAN/TAN
- Rates to be quoted separately
The technical specifications for the printing materials like leaflets (multi-color, A4 size) and posters are provided in Annexure-B of the quotation document.
Interested firms/printers/agencies with a minimum experience of one year can submit their quotations by the deadline. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes.
The authority reserves the right to negotiate with the quotations and reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
